Losing a tooth changes more than your smile — it changes how you chew, how your jawbone holds its shape, and eventually how your other teeth start to shift into the gap. A titanium implant post replaces the root itself, not just the visible crown, which is why it stops that shifting before it starts.
Every case starts with a CBCT scan so the specialist knows bone volume and nerve position before the surgical guide is even made. If bone grafting is needed first, that gets flagged at the planning stage so there are no surprises once you're in the chair.
The waiting period after placement exists for a reason — rushing the crown onto an implant that hasn't fully integrated risks the restoration failing. Most patients aren't left showing a gap during healing, since a temporary option is fitted while the implant integrates.
Placement is handled by periodontists or oral surgeons with specific implant-surgery training, not a general dentist doing it occasionally.
Cone-beam CT imaging maps your jawbone in three dimensions before the surgical guide is fabricated.
You get a written stage-by-stage estimate — surgery, healing period, and crown — before agreeing to anything.
If your jawbone needs building up first, that's handled without bouncing you to a separate specialist's office.
Our network specialists cover the full range of this procedure, from the routine case to the complicated one.
One missing tooth gets one implant post and one crown, designed to blend in rather than stand out.
Multiple missing teeth in a row can be replaced with a bridge anchored to as few as two implant posts.
Patients missing most or all teeth in an arch can often avoid a full graft with the All-on-4 approach.
Traditional dentures that slip get snapped onto two to four implants for a stable, non-slip fit.
Rebuilds bone volume in the jaw or lifts the sinus floor to create room for implant placement.
Some patients leave with a temporary tooth in place the day of implant placement, swapped for the permanent crown later.

"Explained every step before doing anything. First time a dental visit didn't feel rushed."
"Didn't have to wait weeks like my old dentist. Straight to a specialist who knew exactly what to do."
"No upsells, no pressure. Just the treatment I needed at the price I was told."
Most cases run three to six months total, mainly waiting for the bone to fuse to the implant post before the crown goes on.
Local anesthesia keeps the procedure itself pain-free; mild soreness afterward is usually managed with over-the-counter pain relief.
Bone grafting or a sinus lift can often rebuild enough volume to support an implant, evaluated during your CBCT scan.
Cost varies by case complexity and whether grafting is needed; we provide a written stage-by-stage estimate before you commit.
A bridge relies on adjacent teeth for support; an implant stands independently and doesn't require altering nearby teeth.
The titanium post itself rarely fails; the crown on top may need replacement after a decade or more of wear.
